Live Laugh Stuck
Spotify Wrapped
This has been a great year for Live Laugh Stuck! I have more screenshots of stats in the Discord, but 103% growth is amazing! And 88% of listeners just found LLS this year (which I suppose makes sense since it just came back from a ~3 year hiatus this year lol). The most shared episode was Fandom Bitchfest: Homestuck Edition with Sgt Spank, which is amazing! I had no idea if people would dig that episode, and I still hope to spin it off to its own podcast, it just takes some doing!
Thank you all so much for your support, and I’m looking forward to another fantastic year in 2024!
Hiatus End Approaching
The hiatus will officially be over December 12th! Domi, Justin, and I have been hard at work on something special, and I can’t wait to share it with you all! After that, I’ll probably take another break for the holidays, both for everyone to have a breather, and because our beloved editor, Domi, will be in the middle of a big move. It’s really only an extra week or two in the grand scheme of things, so nothing too bad!
Other News
Speaking of Domi, have you checked out her Soundcloud yet?
She created the current theme song for Live Laugh Stuck, The Doomed Timelines, and let me use a song she already created for Fake Gamer Bro! She’s got some other great stuff on there like her cover of the Homestuck parody, “I’m English.”
Fake Gamer Bro
Not as much going on over here, but that’s because, as you can see, I’ve only uploaded a bit under an hour this year. Finding cohosts and guests and scheduling time with them is hard! I’ve considered going back to the solo format, but I’m not sure how interesting it would be compared to having someone to bounce off of.
Still! I appreciate new followers and all the support I’ve gotten despite not having much of any new content! Here’s hoping I can break this indefinite hiatus next year!
Jax Elsewhere
I have a short game demo out!
I had mentioned earlier I was relearning Ink, and this was to translate a game I had started making in Twine to Ink.
Caedes is an interactive fiction game based on a Monster of the Week campaign I played that is based in The Magnus Archives universe, but you don’t need to have prior knowledge of ttrpgs or TMA to play. You play as college Freshman Jones as she goes to the last class of her first day of school, and meet some other interesting characters along the way!
It’s a pretty short couple of scenes, and I actually have a bigger demo in mind that I’m reaching toward that I think will work better in Ink than how I was using Twine. Either way, I’m really happy with it! As happy as any creator can be without letting themselves go back and continuously tinker and forcing themselves to continue forward lol

Prompt: “I want to go home!” Generated here. (Also if you like my poetry, I’m uploading more to Tumblr.)
